Contractual consent to the production and storage of photographs and their publication



PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V. intends to make video recordings and photographs of me or have them made by an agency commissioned by PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V. and intends to store them on its systems.



I hereby consent to PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V. storing the recordings in its processing systems and using them for internal purposes, but also on all the media listed below

- the PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V. Internet pages,

- other presences of PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V. on the Internet,

- in social networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram,

- in an online image gallery or an online video portal (YouTube),

- in print media and/or

- in announcements created for external purposes (e.g. brochures, marketing videos or image films).



For this purpose, the image and film recordings may also be edited, provided that they are not thereby distorted or altered in a way that is unacceptable to me.



I do not receive any remuneration for this.



Insofar as my images show indications of my ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin color, headgear, glasses, etc.), my consent also refers to these indications.



We would like to point out that video and photo recordings can be accessed worldwide when published on the Internet. In addition, these can be found by search engines and linked with other information, from which personality profiles about me can be created under certain circumstances. Video and photo recordings published on the Internet can be copied and distributed by third parties. A further use of these recordings by third parties can therefore not generally be excluded, even after PIM & CEMS Student and Alumni Club Cologne e.V. has removed these recordings from its own Internet pages and deleted them in its own systems.



No right of withdrawal

We would like to point out that during or in connection with the event, image and/or film recordings (incl. sound) of the event may be made, which can be used and published without remuneration in the context of the usual evaluation in the media (e.g. publication via a television or radio station, the Internet or other modern communication channels).
