The Student-Alumni-Mentorship-Program is a 1-year long mentoring program that gives Alumni and Students the unique opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other. Get valuable advice for your career or even secure an internship through your mentor, who will be an alumnus/a of the PIM&CEMS Club.

At the Kick Off Event, all participants (students and alumni) come together, will get to know each other and have the opportunity to network. The exact date of the Kick Off Event will be announced soon! Afterward, it is up to your mentor and you how often and how you communicate as well as how much you make out of this relationship. 

YOUR BENEFITS AS A MENTEE: 

You can get advice for your career planning, secure an internship at the company of your mentor and develop a long lasting friendship. 

Possible ways how you can benefit:

• -   Get feedback and advice regarding cover letters, CVs, assessment centers, etc. 
• -   Benefit from your mentor's work experience and key learnings in different companies 
• -   Get information about a semester abroad

APPLICATION TIMELINE 

Step 1: Register below with your CV if you are interested in participating in the program by April, 30th. 

Step 2: After the registration period we are going to provide all successful applicants with the Mentor CVs. You will then be able to read through the Alumni CVs and give your preferences to make sure we find your perfect match!

Step 3: Afterward, we will match the mentors and mentees while taking your preferences into account.

Step 4: Get to know your mentor and other mentors and mentees at the virtual Kick-Off Event.
