About the week

The week is organized by students from the School of economics, business and law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. Around 15 participants will be hosted by the local students of the school. The aim of the week is to show Gothenburg and Sweden from academic, business and cultural angles.Throughout the week the ongoing theme will be "Sustainability", concerning the social, ecological and economical aspects.

Highlights Included

• being hosted by students chosen for their interest in your language, country and culture
• workshop with the local student union for sustainability
• guided boat tour through the historic canals of Gothenburg
• company visits to well known Swedish multinational companies
• kayaking in the untouched west coast archipelago
• go on crazy rides in the biggest amusement park in Sweden, Liseberg
• dance with new friends in popular clubs & pub crawl through the old pub district
