We would like to invite you to an extraordinary general meeting of the PIM & CEMS Club! The meeting will take place on Wednesday 5^th of December at 6pm in our club rooms (Zülpicher Str. 28). 

The purpose of the meeting is to vote for changes in our bylaws (Rahmengeschäftsordnung). Based on experiences of the past years we want to suggest changes in the distribution of the board’s tasks. For preparation of the meeting attached you will find the new bylaws highlighting the changes. 

In order to simplify the organization, we would like you to until November 28^th.
