We invite you to get firsthand insights even in this challenging situation, therefore we are organizing remote company projects with our corporate partners for you. During the project, you as students are working closely in cooperation with the company on your own task, for 1-2 weeks before presenting the results.  

The Center Strategic Projects from Telekom is the first one who has already announced its project: How to implement project-oriented agile finance principles within “traditional” corporations – a best practice analysis.

In the face of the agile revolution, large “traditional” corporations transform some business areas to become agile. As a result, a new operating model for modern finance is emerging. How do large corporations adapt their finance function flexibly to enable business agility in certain areas while maintaining financial stability and predictability?

Please research existing literature and studies as well as conduct a best practice analysis on how other corporations deal with the emerging needs for G&A functions.
