In cooperation with Horbach you will have the chance to compose your Strength Profile AECdisc for free and enhance your skills in recruiting, leadership and coaching.

Based on your results you will be able to assess your personal strengths and reconstruct your portfolio according to your chosen career path.

The workshop will take around two hours and focuses on your career development, leadership skills and human resource responsibilities. Afterwards there will be a small get together with some Kölsch and Snacks.
